If you’re away from home a lot, then a bottle is certainly the better option.
Is your plan to drink more hydrogen at water while at work? If so, you can regularly fill it with water at work, out of the water cooler (like this Primo cooler?). Or for more convenience fill a bigger bottle up and then top up the hydrogen bottle when needed. Maybe the bigger bottle can be a pump dispenser water bottle.
If you’re constantly on the move, you can carry the hydrogen rich water bottle around with you, but you’ll need to carry another bigger bottle of normal water, or buy water from a shop wherever you go.
